I met a wonderful young lady that agreed to pose for me. As previously mentioned in a past post, we met at Katheryn Albertsons Park here in Boise. We talked for about an hour and agreed to do the shoot the next day (yesterday). This was the first time in years I’d photographed anyone nude, except for my girlfriend who is constantly reminding me that she’d pose for me to help me figure out the technical details of a nude photoshoot.
As you can see from the above photo, I used low light and flash across her body to capture silhouettes and bodyscapes. As I’d mentioned in my last post, I wanted to pick back up where I’d left off a few years ago, and this low light photography was where it restarted. The model and I had a pretty good vibe going, and we communicated really well. I’m super chill, in general, and she was, too.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to get a long HDMI cable to allow me to connect my camera to a monitor so that the model could see the pictures as they were shot. That’s going to be resolved soon. In any event, I’m only about a third done with editing the photos, so I can only show a few here. Also, I have permission from the model to post all of these photos here on my site and other social media. The next two-thirds of photos are pretty erotic and evocative, and I’ll post those as they are edited. If you’re interested in posing for me, please reach out and let’s meet and talk.
